All styles run true to size, however if you are uncertain size up.

1. If you choose first class mail your order usually takes about 3-5 business days to arrive.

2. If you need your order ASAP please select priority mail express option and it usually takes 1-2 business days to arrive.

Sorry no refunds only select items are eligible for exchanges. Exchange items must not be washed, worn or altered. We DO NOT accept exchanges of custom-made, personalized items or clearance items.

You MUST send your exchange by mail with original invoice/receipt within 7 days from the day the item was delivered. You will then receive a credit for the amount spent on the original purchase excluding the shipping cost to use within 30 days of the approved exchange.

All exchanges are subject to approval.

Please note that custom creations will not be inexpensive and timing of each piece will vary based on complexity. Unfortunately all custom order request will not be accepted.
