How does sizing run?


All styles run true to size, however if you are uncertain size up.

How long does shipping usually take?


Shipping varies on which option you choose. 1. If you choose first class mail your order usually takes about 3-5 business days to arrive. 2. If you need your order ASAP please select priority mail express option and it usually takes 1-2 business days to arrive. We ship through USPS, please see their website for more insight regarding shipping options: https://www.usps.com/ship/mail-shipping-services.htm




Do you accept refunds or exchanges?


Sorry no refunds only select items are eligible for exchanges. Exchange items must not be washed, worn or altered. We DO NOT accept exchanges of custom-made, personalized items or clearance items. You MUST send your exchange by mail with original invoice/receipt within 7 days from the day the item was delivered. You will then receive a credit for the amount spent on the original purchase excluding the shipping cost to use within 30 days of the approved exchange. All exchanges are subject to approval.




Do you accept custom orders?


Yes, we can create custom designs. Please email zoe@odollydearest.com for any custom inquiries with "Custom Order" in the subject line. Please note that custom creations will not be inexpensive and timing of each piece will vary based on complexity. Unfortunately all custom order request will not be accepted. For a quote please email zoe@odollydearest with thorough details including; any sketches, inspiration images, specifications, etc.
